The Market Italian Village.

We’ve been trying to try this place for a long time! The interesting part about The Market is that it’s an urban (mainly low key hipster) upscale market that sells a lot of local products but also is a deli counter and coffee shop. Not only do they offer these services, they also serve gourmet food.

Besides being all these great and awesome things, the restaurant aspect is really neat because it’s unexpected. It’s very small inside and the first thing you smell is wood from the pizza oven. Not only do they offer full service but there’s also a full bar. We decided to order the Meatzza Pizza which is their version of a meat lover’s type of pizza. It has your basic tomato sauce, sausage, soppressata, spicy coppa, chili flakes, oregano, mozzarella, and ricotta. This pizza is so good! The wood fire oven gives the pizza a great smoky flavor. The crust isn’t too thick or thin, and there’s a hearty amount of ingredients all over. You can tell they put a lot of thought into their food with high-end ingredients. There’s also a house made hot sauce that they have which is a good kick, but it compliments it all well.

I got the pizza on the evening part of the meal since throughout the day, they change their menus. They also have a brunch menu that sounds amazing but I will definitely be back to try more food!
